Distance Sales Agreement
This agreement is concluded between the Seller and the Buyer for services ordered remotely through this website, in accordance with Turkish consumer legislation on distance contracts. It becomes binding once a booking is confirmed in writing.

2. Buyer
The person whose name, address, e-mail and telephone details are provided in the booking request and stated in the written booking confirmation.
3. Subject of the agreement
The subject is the travel service specified in the booking confirmation — accommodation, a daily tour or excursion, or a transfer — including the service date, number of guests, total price and payment terms as stated there.
Prices and availability shown on this website are indicative. Final availability and price are confirmed at the time of booking, in writing, by our team.
4. Price and payment
The total price, currency, taxes included and the accepted payment method are stated in the written booking confirmation.
Payment may be requested as a deposit or as full prepayment depending on the supplier's conditions; some services are payable locally.
Where online card payment is offered, it is processed exclusively through the secure environment of a bank or licensed payment institution with 3D Secure. Card data is never entered into, transmitted through or stored by this website.
5. Performance
The service is performed on the date and at the location stated in the booking confirmation. Pick-up times may be adjusted by the operator and are communicated in advance.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under Turkish distance-contract legislation the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation, transport, car rental, catering and leisure services that must be performed on a specific date or period. Cancellation of such services is therefore governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy and by the supplier's own conditions, which are communicated before confirmation.
7. Cancellation and refunds
The Cancellation & Refund Policy published on this website forms an integral part of this agreement.
8. Complaints and disputes
Complaints may be sent to info@sidelyatravel.com. Consumer disputes may be brought before the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Türkiye.
9. Acceptance
By submitting a booking request and accepting the written confirmation, the Buyer declares having read and accepted this agreement, the Terms & Conditions, the Cancellation & Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy.
