2. Processed personal data
Identity data (name, surname), contact data (e-mail, telephone/WhatsApp, country), customer transaction data (booking requests, travel dates, guest numbers, flight and pick-up details, special requests), and transaction-security/technical data collected through the website.
3. Purposes of processing
Carrying out booking and reservation processes, organising accommodation, tour and transfer services, communicating with the customer, fulfilling contractual and statutory obligations, managing complaints and improving service quality.
4. Legal grounds (KVKK Art. 5)
Processing is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract; processing is mandatory for compliance with a legal obligation; processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller without prejudice to your fundamental rights; and, for optional processing such as analytics or marketing, your explicit consent.
5. Transfer of personal data
Data may be transferred to the accommodation, tour or transfer supplier providing the requested service, to our IT, hosting and e-mail service providers, and to authorised public institutions where required by law, in accordance with KVKK Articles 8 and 9.
6. Method and legal grounds of collection
Personal data is collected electronically through the forms on this website, e-mail, telephone and WhatsApp correspondence, on the legal grounds listed in section 4.
7. Rights under KVKK Article 11
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about the processing, to learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom data is transferred, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request erasure or destruction, to request notification of such operations to third parties, to object to results arising exclusively from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
