We arrange accommodation, daily tours and excursions, and private or shared transfers in Antalya and the surrounding region, and we provide B2B / DMC services to travel-trade partners.

Some services are delivered by third-party suppliers (hotels, tour operators, transfer companies). Their own operating rules and safety instructions apply in addition to these terms.

You select a service and submit a booking request through a form on this website or through WhatsApp / e-mail.

Your request is registered with a booking reference in the format SDL-YYYYMMDD-XXXX and receives the status Pending.

We check availability and the final price with the relevant supplier and confirm back to you.

The booking becomes Confirmed only after we send a written confirmation and, where payment is required in advance, the payment is confirmed.

Prices and availability shown on this website are indicative. Final availability and price are confirmed at the time of booking, in writing, by our team.

Prices are shown per the unit stated on the relevant page (per person, per room or per vehicle) and in the currency displayed.

Child and infant pricing follows the policy configured for each individual product and is shown during the booking process.

Prices may change until the booking is confirmed, for example due to supplier rate changes, currency movements or availability.

You are responsible for providing correct and complete information: names, contact details, travel dates, flight numbers, pick-up locations and guest numbers. We are not liable for a service that cannot be delivered because incorrect information was supplied.

You are responsible for valid travel documents, visas, insurance and for observing health and safety instructions given by the service provider.

Guests must be at the agreed pick-up point at the agreed time. No-show at the pick-up point is treated as a cancellation without refund.

Tours and transfers may be modified or cancelled for reasons of weather, safety, force majeure or insufficient participation. In such a case we offer an alternative date, an alternative service or a refund of the amount paid for the affected service.

We act as an intermediary between you and the service provider and are liable within the limits of applicable Turkish law. We are not liable for indirect losses, for personal belongings, or for events outside our reasonable control.

Reviews submitted through this website are moderated before publication. We may decline content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading or unrelated to a service we provided.

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Consumer disputes may be brought before the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Türkiye.
