Identity and contact data you enter into our booking, request, contact or review forms: full name, e-mail address, telephone / WhatsApp number and country.

Booking data: selected hotel, tour or transfer, travel dates, number of guests and children's ages, flight number and pick-up details for transfers, room or service preferences and any special requests or notes you provide.

Correspondence: messages you send us by form, e-mail or WhatsApp.

Technical data: IP-derived security information, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics tools subject to your cookie consent.

We do NOT collect or store credit/debit card numbers, CVV codes or card passwords on this website. If online card payment becomes available, card data will be entered exclusively on the secure environment of the bank or licensed payment provider.

Performing and organising your booking, and communicating with you about it (performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps).

Sharing the necessary details with the hotel, tour operator, transfer supplier or other service provider that will deliver the service you requested (performance of a contract).

Complying with statutory bookkeeping, tax and consumer-law obligations (legal obligation).

We share only the data necessary to deliver the service with: the accommodation provider, tour operator or transfer supplier concerned; our e-mail delivery provider; our hosting and database provider; and, where legally required, competent public authorities.

When online card payment becomes available, payment data will be processed directly by the bank or licensed payment institution acting as an independent controller.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for third-party advertising purposes.

Our hosting, database and e-mail infrastructure may store data on servers located outside Türkiye. Transfers take place under the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law, including your explicit consent where necessary.

Booking records are kept for the period required by tax, accounting and consumer-protection legislation. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Review submissions are kept while published. Data is deleted or anonymised once the retention period ends.

You may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing and portability, and you may withdraw any consent at any time.

Access to booking data is restricted to authorised staff through authenticated accounts, and database-level authorisation rules prevent customers or partners from reading records that do not belong to them. The site is served over HTTPS. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure; we do not claim any security certification we do not hold.
