Payment & booking confirmation
Final availability and price are confirmed at the time of booking. Payment is only requested after you receive a written confirmation from our team.
Online card payment is not active yet. We are completing a virtual POS agreement with a Turkish bank. Until it is live, payment is made by bank transfer or on site. We will never ask for card numbers, CVV codes or card passwords on this website, by e-mail or over WhatsApp.
Bank transfer / EFT
Account details are sent with your written booking confirmation. The booking is confirmed once the transfer is matched.
Secure card payment (coming soon)
Once activated, you will be redirected to the bank's own 3D Secure page. Card data is handled only by the bank or licensed payment institution.
Payment on site
Many tours and transfers can be paid to the guide, driver or hotel on the day of service, where the supplier allows it.
How the booking flow works
- 1You select a hotel, tour or transfer and send the request form.
- 2The request is saved with a booking reference (SDL-YYYYMMDD-XXXX) and the status Pending.
- 3We confirm availability and the final price with the supplier.
- 4You receive a written confirmation with the price, payment method and cancellation deadline.
- 5If online payment applies, you are redirected to the secure page of the bank or payment provider.
- 6The payment is completed with 3D Secure verification by your bank.
- 7Once the payment result is confirmed, your booking status becomes Confirmed.

Security
This website is served over HTTPS and does not collect, transmit or store card numbers, CVV codes or 3D Secure passwords. Booking records are protected by database-level authorisation rules so that customers and partners can only reach their own data.
